Pricing FAQ

Do you bill per user or per company?

Plans are priced per tenant with included user + company caps. À la carte modules are billed per user or per company as marked. Your final bill is always itemised in Jupeak Books (yes, we invoice ourselves using our own product).

What about GST on the bill?

All prices exclude GST. CGST+SGST or IGST is added as applicable based on your GSTIN state. You get a proper tax invoice, always.

Can I migrate from Tally or ABM Pro?

Yes. The Enterprise plan includes our standalone JupeakMigration.exe tool. For Growth, migration is a one-time ₹14,999 fee. Typical distributor migrates in under a day — including historical vouchers and opening balances.

Is WhatsApp Business API cost included?

Jupeak Connect charges are on our platform. Meta's per-conversation fees are pass-through and separate (₹0.15 - ₹0.80 per conversation depending on category). We show the delivered cost on your dashboard.

What does "10 Indian languages" actually mean?

The full UI + bill templates render in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam and English. Bilingual bills supported (e.g. English + Hindi on one invoice).

Can I switch a module off?

Yes — from the Super Admin panel, flip any module off and you stop being billed next cycle. Your data stays, so re-enabling is instant.
